The Most Original E30 You Will Ever See!
My friend Steve is shopping for a new car. Saturday morning he drags me out and makes me go look at some E39 M5. We get to Concord Motorsport somewhere in New Hampshire; a place that not only sales used cars but is also a maintenance and performance shop, as well as an authorized Dinan dealer.
We’re checking out the place and the two E39 M5′s they had in stock. I started chatting with the owner, Mike, about what an cool collection of cars they have for sale, including two E30 M3′s in very good condition, and how the market for E30s has been picking up and how difficult it is to find a non-rusted one. Mike says that he has a nice E30 in the garage and a 2002 race car that I maybe interested in.
We are walking around the garage; few nice Minis, a 540i being worked on, the race car and one nice E30. At one point Mike points out his son’s silver ’91 E30 325is and my jaw just drops. This was the single most original and mint E30 I have ever seen. The car literally looked like it just rolled off a showroom floor, and I really hope that my pictures show that.
This E30 came from California and is totally original; original paint, original interior, and no modifications at all. It has original stickers on all windows and interior shows almost no wear at all. Manufactured in May of 1990, it maybe one of the last E30 to leave leave the factory. The car has options such as heated seats and premium sound system with factory CD-changer which make E30 lovers drool.
I had a few issues taking pictures of this car: the garage was way too dark and it was way too bright outside. I hope that the pictures show at least a fraction of the mintness of this car. I have been looking at E30s for years (don’t ask, I’ll be entering rehab soon) and I have never seen anything like this before. This car is not for sale (but hey, everyone has a price), but I’m sure Mike will be more than happy to show you his other E30s. Checkout concordmotorsport.com for their most current inventory.

Nice!!! A co-worker bought a super nice e39 540i Sport from there. It was one of the final run cars with the killer M style aero bits. As you can tell from Concord’s web page, their prices match the higher quality of cars they have (as in they aint cheap). They do stand behind their products though as my buddy had a few small electrical issues within the first week of ownership that Concord quickly took care of. E30′s are mighty nice especailly in M3 guise, but I always thought they were a little too small and under powered. The e28 5′ers are where it’s at with the 3.5 liter 6. Also under powered by today’s standards, but the tossability and size are absolute perfection especially when mated to a 5-speed.

Kamil,
Wow what a great find too bad it’s not for sale. Your photos definitely capture the pureness of this example. Thanks for sharing.
